The Artist

Hello, my name is
Sue Kyte.

I am a self-taught artist, and since an early age I have loved to draw,
but only seriously began to draw in 1985.
 I started drawing using an HB pencil, then moved on to colour pencils, then pastel pencils.

 I then progressed onto soft pastels, which I really enjoy using.
In about 2006, I thought I would give painting a go. That is when I discovered acrylic paints, and I absolutely love using them!

On Paintings etc you will find my earlier pencil and pastel drawings, as well as my later acrylic paintings, pastel drawings, and pencil drawings. Many are still available to purchase.

Prints are also available of some of my work.
There are A4 (approx) prints in mounts, and while they are still available, you can purchase A3 unframed/unmounted prints of my earlier work, from my Charity Paintings pages.

I am an animal lover, and would like to try to raise much-needed funds for some animal charities
dear to my heart.
Those I wish to help are: Dogs Trust, RSPCA Bluebell Ridge Cat Rehoming Centre (Hastings), and PDSA.
